Andrew Mark Cuomo, a Sworn Enemy of Both Cats and Their Supporters, Is at Long Last Exposed as a Mass Murderer of the Elderly as Well as a Serial Sexual Abuser of Women

"Randy" Andy Is Up the Spout

"But who cares (if) -- thirty-three (per cent or) twenty-eight (per cent) -- died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? They died."
-- Andrew Mark Cuomo

If a man is willing to wait patiently by the river long enough he eventually will be rewarded by the sight of the bodies of his enemies as they float past him. Whether true or not, that is what a very old Chinese proverb maintains.

With that cheerful thought in mind, it has been especially pleasing of late to be able to sit back and watch the political career of Andrew Mark Cuomo, the longtime governor of New York, fall apart. That is because during his eleven years in office he and his political cronies have had a field day socking it to cats and their supporters but, as only The Fates would have it, the tables have been turned on him and now it is time for him to receive a small dose of his own medicine.

The cat-hater's downfall began on February 11th when the New York Post revealed that he and his administration had not only grossly underestimated the number of seniors that had died in nursing homes throughout New York State as the result of the coronavirus but also had attempted to cover up their deaths by drastically underreporting them.

Specifically, the number of such deaths has ballooned from Cuomo's initial tally of eight-thousand to now more than thirteen-thousand. (See "Cuomo Aide Melissa DeRosa Admits They Hid Nursing Home Data So Feds Wouldn't Find Out.")

Those totally preventable deaths were the direct result of his March 25, 2020 order directing nursing homes to take in individuals either confirmed or suspected of having the virus. Although through his actions he has killed each and every one of those senior citizens every bit as surely as if he had placed loaded revolvers to their temples and pulled the triggers, he seemingly could care less.

"But who cares (if) -- thirty-three (per cent or) twenty-eight (per cent) -- died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? " he earlier had bellowed to the New York Post on January 29th. (See "Cuomo Callously Addresses Nursing Home Report: 'Who Cares?'") "They died."

What Cuomo Bird is so unwilling to admit is that New York, both the city and the state, has money to burn. Furthermore, even if either entity is unwilling to part with its precious shekels, it can always call upon the local media in order to browbeat Washington into handing over the keys to both the United States Treasury and the Federal Reserve Bank as they so successfully maneuvered Donald John Trump into doing. Consequently he does not have a valid excuse for failing to have provided the senior citizens that he so ruthlessly killed with the hospital beds, respirators, and drugs that they required in order to have gone on living. As it always has been the case in human affairs, the accumulation of great wealth and power is only for doing evil, not good.

Even worse, the deliberate killing off of the elderly by political officials has by no means been confined to Cuomo and New York State. For instance, similar allegations have been leveled against Phil "the Bitter Pill" Murphy in New Jersey, Thomas Westerman "the Wolfman" Wolf in Pennsylvania, Edward Miner "Moneybags" Lamont in Connecticut, and Gretchen "the Evil Witch" Whitmer in Michigan. (See The New York Times, February 21, 2021, "New Allegations of Cover-Up by Cuomo over Nursing Home Virus Toll," USA Today, March 19, 2021, "Did Michigan Cover Up Nursing Home COVID Deaths Like New York?" and ProPublica, March 10, 2021, "Cuomo's Nursing Home Scandal Raises Questions for One of His Senior Aides.")

It is utterly shameful but few Americans seem to care one way or the other how many of their fellow citizens, both the elderly as well as the young, have died as the result of the pandemic. At last count, the nationwide death toll has climbed to more than five-hundred-fifty-six-thousand and that includes fifty-thousand-two-hundred-thirty-nine victims in New York State, twenty-four-thousand-seven-hundred fatalities in New Jersey, twenty-five-thousand-two-hundred-twenty-nine more in Pennsylvania, seven-thousand-nine-hundred-thirty deaths in Connecticut, and an additional seventeen-thousand-three-hundred-thirty-two in Michigan.

United States Attorney Seth DuCharme of the Eastern District of New York State and the FBI are supposedly looking into the cover-up but it is highly unlikely that Cuomo and his buddies ever will be punished any more severely than to have wet noodles raked across their wrists. Life in the United "Bullshit" States of America is not only cheap but it is getting cheaper by the day.

Besides, Americans have so much to gain from indulging themselves in their cult of death. For instance, the more of their fellow citizens that they are able to get rid of the more immigrants, both legals and illegals, they are able to import in order to staff their plantations. Secondly, dead men and women are unable due to circumstances beyond their control to collect Social Security and Welfare any more than they are able to make demands upon the nation's beleaguered health care system. All of that translates into more money and  power for the Big Shits who are already sitting comfortably atop the dunghill of American society.

The only worthwhile development to have  emerged from the pandemic has been the sweeping away of the long-held fairy tale that there ever was anything either remotely moral or intellectual about Americans. For instance, the elites crave only more power, money, and domination while the hoi polloi are content with sucking the quarters out of their betters' fat, lazy cracks.

There will not however be any diminution in the lies and bullshit that gush so freely from the gaping maws of both groups. After all, appearances must be maintained and many Americans still dearly love their Kool-Aid® .

For example, not so much as a solitary peep has been heard out of either the Jews or the Christians; presumably, both faiths have been too busy sexually abusing children, working their numerous financial scams, and sucking up to those in power to ever be troubled by any moral considerations. The learned men and women of the degree mills have likewise remained as quiet as church mice while the capitalistic media have turned in their usual spotty, anecdotal, contradictory, and mostly duplicitous accounts of unfolding events.

Old Harvey Bird Sold Out the Jones Beach Cats

As a result, the loudmouths and moneyed interests in New York City have largely received everything that they have demanded from Washington while the remainder of the country, including surprisingly enough even Los Angeles, has been left to slowly twist in the wind. That is in spite of the fact that it would appear that it has been precisely New Yorkers who were responsible for indiscriminately spreading the deadly virus to Florida, Texas, California, and elsewhere.

The clarion call so often repeated by the elites has been "we are all in this together" but that is pure bullshit! From the very beginning money, connections, and influence have determined which individuals, groups, and locales have received personal protection equipment (PPE), tests for the virus, life-saving drugs, hospital beds, ventilators and, now, vaccinations.

For example, despite President Biden's pledge to make the new vaccines available to everyone, the shithole known as New Jersey has already announced that it plans to inoculate only seventy per cent of the state's nearly nine-million residents. The odious practice of state politicians taking federal appropriations and then putting them into their own pockets is as old as the Declaration of Independence.

Given Americans' total lack of compassion for the sickly, vulnerable, and dying, Cuomo may very well wind up beating the nursing home rap, but his problems with the tender gender are an altogether different matter. At last check, no fewer than nine women, mostly staffers but some members of the general public as well, have come forward in order to accuse him of sexual misconduct.

Singularly, the charges lodged against him do not amount to all that much in that he, apparently, never has either drugged and raped anyone like Bill Cosby did or forcibly raped multiple women like Harvey "the Harvester" Weinstein has been convicted of doing. Taken altogether, however, they may ultimately prove sufficient in order to not only sink his political career but also to clean out his pockets.

For example, he has been accused of forcibly kissing several women on their mouths and hands. Secondly, he has been accused of inappropriately touching several women on their faces, bare backs, fannies, and breasts.

Thirdly, he has been accused of hugging women too tightly and for too long a period of time. Fourthly the sixty-three-year-old political hack has been accused of making suggestive comments on such provocative topics as having it off with an older man.

Fifthly, he has been accused of attempting to entice one woman into a friendly game of strip poker. Finally, he has been accused of hazing by pressuring one woman into serenading him with an impromptu rendition of "Danny Boy" and several things need to be said about that.

First of all, that certainly is an odd request coming as it did from an Italian. Secondly, absolutely nobody in his right mind would ever want to listen to such obnoxious caterwauling, except perhaps pixilated Irishmen.

Therefore, if "Randy" Andy is guilty of nothing else his complete lack of taste in music should be more than sufficient in order to remove him from office. (See The New York Times, March 11, 2021, "Aide Says Cuomo Groped Her, as New Details of Account Emerge," the New York Daily News, March 12, 2021, "Seventh Cuomo Accuser Alleges He 'Verbally and Mentally Abused' Her after Getting Hired for Her Looks," and the New York Post, March 29, 2021, "New Andrew Cuomo Accuser Sherry Vill Speaks Out Alongside Gloria Allred.")

As one would expect, Cuomo has mostly denied the allegations. "(I) never touched anyone inappropriately," he swore to The New York Times on March 3rd. (See "Cuomo Contrite over Sexual Harassment Accusations, Refuses to Resign.")  Kissing and hugging is my "usual and customary way of greeting. If they (his accusers) were offended by it, then it was wrong."

Earlier, he had admitted to a lack of tact. "I now understand that my interactions may have been insensitive or too personal and that some of my comments, given my position, made others feel in ways I never intended," he told NBC-TV on February 28th. (See "Cuomo Apologizes for 'Insensitive' Comments, Turns Over Sexual Harassment Investigation to Attorney General's Office.") "I acknowledge some of the things I have said have been misinterpreted as an unwanted flirtation. To the extent anyone felt that way I am truly sorry about that."

C'est-à-dire, his accusers have gotten it all wrong. "At work sometimes I think I am being playful and make jokes that I think are funny," he conceded to NBC-TV. "I mean no offense and only attempt to add some levity and banter to what is a very serious business."

In spite of a mountain of testimonials to the contrary, Cuomo insists that he never has used his hands, arms, and lips for anything other than hugging and kissing. "To be clear I never inappropriately touched anybody and I never propositioned anybody and I never intended to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but these are allegations New Yorkers deserve answers to," he concluded to NBC-TV.

The Jones Beach Cats' Prison Cells at Northwind Kennels

It is almost superfluous to point out but sexual innuendoes and physical contact of any type can be interpreted rather differently by the respective sexes. For example, longtime feline maligner Garrison Keillor not only was fired by Minnesota Public Radio but his long-running show, A Prairie Home Companion,  was cancelled after he inappropriately put his lecherous old paws on the bare backs of a pair of women. (See Cat Defender post of  July 17, 2013 entitled "Not Satisfied with Merely Whacking Meiko, Garrison Keillor Struts on Stage in Order to Shed a Bucketful of Crocodile Tears and to Denigrate the Entire Species.")

Up until fairly recently the hiring of women based solely upon their sexual appeal and the subsequent groping, kissing, hugging, and hitting on them for favors was pretty much the norm in the workplace. Such behavior also was rampant in both religious and educational institutions.

On college campuses, male professors used to really clean up with their "a lay for an A" policies. One negative side effect of such naked exploitation of the young was that some of their dimwitted victims who had spent their undergraduate and graduate days lying on their backs and staring at ceilings all night long later went on to become professors themselves. "Girls with looks do not need books," as an old saying maintains.

On Broadway and in Hollywood, television, radio, and the music industry the casting couch has had an inglorious past. For instance, auditions quite often have consisted of little more than women being told to drop their drawers and to lie down.

That in turn has resulted in the public being subjected to an awful lot of simply horrendous acting and songstresses who could not possibly sing on key if their lives depended upon it. Journalists, such as Judith Miller of The New York Times, have devoted significant portions of their careers to getting underneath the covers with the newsmakers as opposed to simply covering the news.

It likewise always has been a popular scam of cops to concoct totally bogus infractions against female motorists in order to pull them over and subsequently to grope and proposition them. They then would generously offer to overlook the women's traffic violations provided that they in turn would be willing to show their appreciation by having sex with them.

Such patently lawless behavior is the norm for this privileged class of criminals and villains who routinely murder unarmed men, the homeless, cats, and dogs. (See The Orange County Register of Anaheim, August 23, 2017, "Police Are Killing a Shocking Number of People's Pets.")

It always has been the same old story everywhere. During the Middle Ages, it was a right of lords to do as they pleased with the women who lived on their manors whereas today it is the men of money and position (athletes included) who always seem to get a lion's share of the nubile women. It does not even matter if they are old, fat, ugly, profane, and cheap.

During the past ten to twenty years, however, things have changed dramatically, at least in the workplace. Whereas an inordinate amount of ogling and drooling at the  mouth still occurs, unsolicited touching and sexual innuendoes are now strictly verboten. Moreover, that admonition applies not only to employees but also to owners and supervisors who knowingly allow such behavior to persist.

Therefore, no one should be singing any sad songs on behalf of "Randy" Andy. He knowingly repeatedly broke the rules and now should be made to pay for his abuses and indiscretions.

He has brokered some breathing room by appointing New York State Attorney General Letitia James to investigate the sexual misconduct charges leveled against him but sooner or later he is going to be forced to face the reality that he is finished as a politician. The filing of criminal and civil charges against him are two additional possibilities.

At the very least civil proceedings should be instigated against his employer, New York State, for allowing him to turn his office and the governor's mansion into his very own pimping parlors. Women attempting only to earn a living should not have to tolerate such crass behavior and abuse.

If Cuomo is so inept as to be unable to get a woman outside of the office, he should have gone, like Eliot Spitzer before him, to a whorehouse and thus paid for the services of professional. More than likely, however, he was too cheap to have gone that route.

As reprehensible as it has been, Cuomo's mistreatment of women pales in comparison to his war upon cats and their supporters. Most egregiously of all, in the autumn of 2015 he vetoed a bill passed by both the Assembly and Senate that not only would have paid for the sterilization of homeless cats but also their vaccinations against rabies as well.

In doing so, he sided with his paymasters at the American Bird Conservancy (ABC) in The Plains, Virginia, and the National Audubon Society (NAS) in Manhattan. "We hope that other lawmakers draw inspiration from this decision and recognize trap-neuter-return (TNR) is a lose, lose, lose scenario for cats, wildlife and people," the organization's Grant Sizemore rejoiced to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on November 13, 2015. (See "Pet Tales: Birders, Cat Lovers Split by New York Veto.")

Unwilling to have let bad enough alone, Cuomo went even further by voicing his full and unqualified support for the ABC's outright lies that TNR does not reduce the population of homeless cats and that they have a detrimental impact upon wildlife. That in turn prompted a quick rebuttal from Becky Robinson of Alley Cat Allies in Bethesda, Maryland. "Trap-neuter-return improves the health of cats, decreases the size of colonies, reduces Animal Control calls from citizens, improves public health and is humane and economical," she countered to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

One of the Noble Jones Beach Cats, Most Likely Dead by Now

Earlier on March 17, 2015 in a letter to the ABC, Cuomo's longtime commissioner of New York State's Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation (NYS Parks), Rose Harvey, had wholeheartedly agreed with the inveterate cat-haters that a colony of homeless cats at Jones Beach in the hamlet of Wantagh in Hempstead, fifty-eight kilometers east of Manhattan on Long Island, should be forcibly expelled because they posed an imminent threat to the seasonal piping plovers who nest there between mid-April and mid-August each year. Once the ABC's lawsuit had become sub juris, however, she inexplicably reversed course and on June 2, 2016 filed a motion before Judge Arthur D. Splatt of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Central Islip asking that it be dismissed.

In that filing she labeled it as being "highly suspect and unreliable." Splatt, as old as the hills and a cat-hater himself, dismissed Harvey's motion and on August 8, 2018 ruled in the ABC's favor that the cats had to go.

Once again Old Harvey Bird did another about-face by reprising the same old tune that she had been humming earlier in 2015. "Jones Beach State Park simply is not an appropriate place for stray or abandoned cats," she declared August 8, 2018 in a press release from the ABC. (See "Jones Beach Legal Settlement Provides Safety for Endangered Birds.") "We are pleased this agreement with the American Bird Conservancy strikes a sensible balance between protecting the piping plover and relocating feral cats that have been dropped off in the park in as humane a manner as possible."

That was, of course, a total crock of shit! First of all, the ABC failed in court to produce a solitary shred of evidence that the cats had ever preyed upon the piping plovers.

Secondly, although four of the unfortunate felines were reportedly adopted by one of their unidentified caretakers, the remaining nineteen of them were cruelly imprisoned in steel cages at a dog pound known as Northwind Kennels in the Westchester city of Bedford, sixty-nine kilometers north of Manhattan and one-hundred-eleven kilometers northwest of their previous home on Jones Beach. Although it is not known what has become of them, it would be a miracle if any of them were still alive today. (See Cat Defender post of January 19, 2019 entitled "The American Bird Conservancy, a Stench of the Federal Bench, and New York State Parks Pool Their Resources in Order to Put the Screws to the Jones Beach Cats.")

Neither newspaper accounts, press releases, nor court filings spell out what role Cuomo played in this sorry affair but Harvey's lies and double-crosses would be in keeping with his customary way of doing business. Therefore, once the lives of the nineteen cats evicted from Jones Beach are added to those whose lives he could have spared if only he had been willing to have signed the TNR bill passed by the legislature the total number that he has killed surely must be in the thousands.

In this evil world it is bad enough that the good guys seldom ever win anywhere except in the movies and storybooks but, tant pis, evildoers are seldom, if ever, punished. For example, after serving for eight years as Cuomo's Parks' commissioner, Old Harvey Bird resigned in 2019 in order to accept a yearlong fellowship with the Regional Plan Association (RPA) in Manhattan. (See RPA Press Release of September 4, 2019, "Former New York State Parks Commissioner Rose Harvey Joins Regional Plan Association as Senior Fellow of Parks and Open Space.")

Most interestingly of all, that fellowship was paid for by the JPB Foundation in Manhattan which is run by Barbara Picower. She is the widow of Jeffrey Picower who for at least twenty years profited handsomely from a Ponzi scheme run by Bernard "Bernie" Lawrence Madoff.

In fact, it has been argued by some that he made far more money from Madoff's scams than even the mastermind himself. (See NBC-TV, June 28, 2009, "Madoff May Not Have Benefitted the Most in Scam. Client Jeffrey Picower Allegedly Withdrew $5.1 Billion from Accounts" and The Boston Globe, December 18, 2010, "Picower Estate Adds $7.2 Billion to Madoff Fund.")

Ultimately, the foundation was forced into returning $7.2 billion to Madoff's victims and as late as 2019 additional lawsuits were still being filed against it. Even so, madame Picower is not destined to be eating out of a can anytime soon.

For example, as of 2015 her foundation still had assets of $3,455,962. Also, during that same year it had revenues totaling $910,727,304 but expenses of only $170,551,890.  (See Influence Watch.org, undated article entitled "JPB Foundation.")

Those statistics are rather sketchy and as such not too much can be inferred from them but it does not appear au premier coup d'oeil that all that much funding is going toward the medical research, environment, poverty abatement, and the promotion of abortion rights that the foundation claims to be championing. Au contraire, other than keeping a cat defamer and killer like Harvey in clover, the lawsuits successfully litigated against it make it appear that the JPB Foundation is little more than a front with a smiley face for laundering the Picowers' ill-gotten gains.

Meanwhile, the ABC and its comrades-in-arms at the NAS continue to demonstrate writ large their turpitude and criminality which always has included a willingness to both commit almost any illegality as well as to hop in the sack with any fiend that will assist them in advancing their anti-cat agenda. (See Cat Defender posts of  March 15, 2007, May 6, 2008, March 10, 2009, June 15, 2009, and May 18, 2013 entitled, respectively, "The Connecticut Audubon Society Shows Its True Colors by Calling for the Slaughter of Feral Cats, Mute Swans, Mallards, Canada Geese, and Deer," "The National Audubon Society Wins the Right for Invasive Species of Shorebirds to Prey Upon Unborn Horseshoe Crabs," "The Audubons' Dirty Dealings with the Mercenary United States Fish and Wildlife Service Redound to the Detriment of Acorn Woodpeckers," "The American Bird Conservancy, The New York Times, and the Humane Society of the United States Unite to Form an Achse des Bösen Against Cats," and "Ted Williams and the National Audubon Society Issue a Call for Cats to Be Poisoned with Tylenol® and Then Try to Lie Out of It.")

Now, they have aligned themselves with the Picowers and Madoff on top of rolling in the hay with a politician who kills senior citizens by the thousands and sexually molests women. Clearly, neither group plays by any recognized set of rules and will stop at absolutely nothing in order to advance their fascist agendas.

As far as Cuomo Bird is concerned, neither he nor his accomplice Harvey ever will be punished for their crimes against cats and their supporters. Furthermore, it is unlikely that he ever will be imprisoned for either all the seniors that he has killed or the women that he has harassed.

Barring a drastic turn of events, however, his political career is over and that is something indeed to celebrate. "I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with a lot of pleasure," famed attorney Clarence Darrow once candidly admitted. So, too, is the sentiment destined to be once Cuomo's political death notice has been posted and, hopefully, that is going to be real soon.
